These feel so nice and secure, I just want to wear them out and be done with it. I have a LOT of fine hair that is heavy. Most scrunchis or elastics sag and drag. With this in, nothing is sagging. So that’s what I long for in my dry hair. Alas. It DOES get up that excess moisture that you’re always trying to daub up with a towel. I’m not so sure that it absorbs as much water as a hair towel, but it certainly would qualify as being as much so simply based on surface area. It won’t be soggy wet when you take it out. I dry my hair and this would make a bunch of dents in my hair if I left it, so I won’t be trying that. So basically it gets out excess water and you don’t have to worry about stray hairs and wet hair falling down into whatever else you’re doing….
