The New Orleans Art Association is preparing for its 25th annual juried art show and inviting submissions.
The deadline for submissions is July 31.
Each artist is allowed to submit up to five two-dimensional art pieces. Artists must be at least 18 at the time of submission.
First place will receive $2,500, second place will receive $1,250 and third place will receive $750. There is a $50 entry fee for artists who submit 1-3 pieces. After that, two more works can be submitted for $10 each.
The exhibit will be held at The Building Art Gallery, 1427 Oretha Castle Haley Blvd. in Central City. The exhibit will run Oct. 5 through Nov. 2, 2024.
