Photos: The 11th annual NOLA River Festival kicks off with a second line
The 11th annual NOLA River Festival started in Jackson Square with a second line that traveled along the Mississippi River to the New Orleans Jazz Museum. The annual festival celebrated the impacts of the Mississippi River on New Orleans and the Gulf Coast South with music, food, presentations and panel discussions.
