Photos: Washington Parish Balloon Festival tempered by rainy weather in Franklinton
The third annual Washington Parish Balloon Festival in Franklinton closed out Sunday, June 2, 2024, tempered by rainy weather. The three-day fest featured live music, food, a midway and hot-air balloons for tethered rides and twilight 'balloon glows.' Balloon sponsor-competition flights and fun flights were cancelled during the fest due to rain.
