N.P. Trist Middle School's Junior Beta Club competed at the state level and placed in the top five in three categories, qualifying them for competition at the national level.

Briley Blackwell competed at the state level for sixth grade English language arts, and Jack McMullin for sixth grade math.

The overall champion robotics team consisted of Caden Bryan, Colton Bourgeois, Ramy Dali, Preston Senez, Wyatt Scully and Bryce Watson.

At the national competition in Savannah, Georgia, Trist placed third nationally in Convention Invention and second place in Robotics.

Briley Blackwell, Colton Bourgeois, Preston Senez and Bryce Watson represented St. Bernard Parish in Meeting of the Minds while Caden Bryan, Ramy Dali, Jack McMullin and Wyatt Scully represented the district in Convention Invention. Sharene Dali is club sponsor.
