Timberwolves reportedly acquire guard Monte Morris in deal with Detroit

According to Shams Charania, the Minnesota Timberwolves have acquired shooting guard Monte Morris on Wednesday.

What It Means:

After playing just six games with the Pistons, Morris will join his fourth career team and a Western Conference contender in exchange for Shake Milton, Troy Brown, and a second round pick. Expect Morris to play a backup guard role behind Mike Conley with Minnesota.
