ESPN announced on Monday the four teams that were nominated for the Sports Humanitarian of the Year award that will be presented at the 2024 ESPYS on July 10.

Among the other teams nominated are Angel City Football Club, the Indianapolis Colts, and the Miami Heat.

The Eagles were nominated for the organization's Eagles Autism Foundation, led by Chairman and CEO Jeffery Lurie. The foundation aims to help provide funds for research in order to spread awareness for autism across the world.

The seventh annual Eagles Autism Challenge – a cycling/running/walking 5K – raised over $8.1 million in 2024 and over $30 million since its inception in 2018.

The proceeds of the foundation have led to funding of 116 autism research projects and community grants around the world.
