Asha's Turmeric Gnocchi with Spring Veggies
Make this recipe in its entirety for a homey, yet absolutely stunning meal. Don’t have all the fresh spring veggies on hand? No problem, go with all frozen peas (just up the quantity to 1 1/2 cups)! Don’t have any veggies at all? Hey, go carb crazy and make the gnocchi, toss with the spiced ghee and dig in. Or, maybe you’ve overloaded on the comfort carbs and need a little break. Skip the gnocchi and drizzle the spiced ghee over the sautéed asparagus and peas.
