LA Times on this "low-intensity class warfare" ...though its not so "low-intensity" if your broke and the tickets add up so your car gets towed, then stolen cause you can't afford to get it out. Then you can't get to work and your wife leaves you and you end up homeless and alone. And none of this would happen if you had a parking spot...hmmm...
