This activity has been a hit with kids from first grade to 8th- especially my high energy kids who struggle to focus- this is one of those activities that’s easy for kids to lock in and concentrate on. Here is a simple movement break or therapy activity that can let kids practice focused attention and get experiential understanding of what concentration feels like. You can use regular dice or build them out of these building blocks that are often found in chain store dollar bins.
