We made this using found objects. The cover is an old 36 inch satellite dish. The frame was build from part of an old bunk bed frame we found waiting for the garbage truck. The footers are part of a warped pressure treated 2x6 we had left from another project. I've used the chain from an old porch swing to create adjustable height hangers. It's a tight fit for both water and feeder. We've raised the water above the feeder slightly to keep feed out of the water.
