These 3 exercises are designed to help you stay steady on your feet. You can do them standing or with support, making them perfect for any fitness level.

1️⃣ Clock Touches - Repeat 3 times: Imagine you’re standing in the center of a clock. Reach forward to the “hours” of 12; 3; & 6:00 with one leg while balancing on the other. Then with the other leg reach to 6; 9; & 12:00. This exercise challenges your stability and strengthens your lower body.

2️⃣ Modified Tree Pose - 30 second hold on each leg: Standing on one leg, place the sole of the opposite foot on the inside of your calf or ankle (avoid the knee). Hold for 30 seconds to improve your balance and focus. Then repeat on other leg.
