This can be caused due to bad posture, ageing, obesity(which can cause you to lean back for balance) etc. The most Important thing is to correct how you hold your posture while working out or even doing your daily activities. Rolling your shoulders back and tucking your pelvis in will help remove the curve in the spine over time.
