When our nervous system is exposed to chronic stressors we can begin to experience many different symptoms and signs of stress. 

In fight mode - we become more angry and confrontational. 

We struggle to see happiness and joy 

We are quick to become frustrated and have little patience 

For me these are warning signs that I need to engage in activities that SUPPORT me rather than deplete me more and more 

In these moments, try to slow down and pause before simply reacting. That pause allows us to break free from the automatic pattern we have created.
