📝 Ingredients:

- 125 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 pinch of salt
- 60 g sugar
- 1 egg (size M)
- 60 ml vegetable oil
- 120 g plain yogurt

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tin with 6 paper liners.

2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

3. In a separate bowl, lightly whisk the egg. Add the sugar, vegetable oil, and yogurt, mixing well until smooth.
