If you have neck, shoulder and lower back  injuries, or struggle with using correct form when doing crunches?

Standing weighted abs are the way to go. 
You can maintain good technique, whilst slowly building up your core strength. 

I am using a 10 pound weight here, but feel free to go as heavy as you can. 

Three sets of 10-12 reps on each side 🔥🔥🔥🔥
