Painted for Ulisses Spiele GmbH in 2014 To paint the official Thorwal book cover was a huge honor. I still remember the creation of my very first pen & paper roleplay game character, when I was a child of less than 10 years - it was a "Thorwaler" (kind of a Viking - "The Dark Eye"). I love the see, I love boats, I love drama. I had fun. PS: The horns on the woman's helmet are a homage. This has nothing to do with real vikings.
