We’re so used to seeing before and after body pics, we don’t think twice of them. But the point is, they emphasize the weight loss journey by showing how bad the situation was before. Such transformation pics never tell the whole story and worst, promote one slender type of "after" body.

Eat a big breakfast 
- I noticed when I eat a big breakfast between 8-10am , it opens up my appetite the rest of the day and I can eat more. Vs eating a small breakfast at a later time , I feel like it’s harder to get down a lot of food the rest of the day. 

Buy convenience & meal prep 
- if i have to cook every meal or snack every day, i feel overwhelmed lol. But If I meal prep and buy yogurt cups instead of the container, i eat more because i can grab and go. I don’t even boil eggs , I buy a bag of pre- boiled eggs @costco.
