For the past 8 weeks, in the @fitmumsstudio, we have been working on Handstands to improve upper body and core strength 💪 This is how we have gradually built over the weeks. If you want to try, take it slow 🐌 have your friends help, and monitor. Aim to hold each step for 20-30 seconds and for 2-3 weeks before progressing.
