In the town we reside, there is a shortage of carpenters. We took on this task ourselves in 2020 and these instructions would have saved us some time. Variations of this design are many and you can take these plans and change the look of your pergola. Kevin, the author/builder has a Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university and is aware of the golden ratio and uses in Architecture. Pinterest obsessed co-author and wife Michelle, has artistic design experience in a separate industry.
