These eastern white pine hand hewn shelves have the look and feel of a reclaimed barn beam with the convenience of customizing in your size requirements. This listing is for the 3" thick, 8" depth and 4' length. Actual measurement can run shy up to 1/4" on the thickness and depth. We can make almost ANY size. If you need a custom size, please contact me for pricing. You will have color choice at check out. Shelves at this thickness and depth would need mounting brackets. If you want them notched in the back for mounting you would need to purchase shelves that have a thickness that is at least half the shelf depth ( ie. 3 by 6 or 4 by 8). These are hand hewn in the same method and with the same tools that was used over 100 years ago. They are a nice compliment to our hand hewn mantels.
