We're starting with a half a cup of chocolate syrup. Mm. I'm loving this already as you all know. Chocolate is just my thing. It's the best thing God created other than my husband and kids. Oh jeez. You're welcome. And we are pouring it into a 12 cup bundt pan that Scott sprayed with cooking spray. Ooh. Yeah look at that. And now we're going to set it aside. Because we're going to add another layer. We are adding one Devil's Food Cake Mix. Okay. Then we are adding one cup of water. Third of a cup of oil. And three eggs. Alright. It's time to mix. Now we are adding in a half a cup of sour cream. And it's mixing again. Now, we're going to pour the cake batter over top of the syrup. Ooh. I know. Can we get it? Looks good. This one is for my chocolate lover friends out there. You know who you are. Yeah, people just like you. Exactly. Okay, we're setting this aside. Now, we have one eight ounce cream cheese and one cup of sugar. Okay. And we got our mixer again. Now we add 4 eggs. Four. I know. My goodness. And we mix this again. Now we're adding 12 ounces of evaporated milk. There's all kinds of good stuff. And then more chocolate. Can I get an amen? This is four ounces of semi sweet that we are pouring into here that we've melted. Okay we're mixing it again. Now, we want to start spooning this mixture over top of our batter. Ooh. I don't know why it says to gently spoon but gently spooning this. Yeah I wonder if some of it will just stay on top and not sink in. You think? Well I think it's going to sink but I don't know. We're going to find out. Okay. Now, we want to put this in a large pan or dish that has water in it. What? I know. I I don't know. Just following directions. We want the water to come up at least two inches up the side of the butt pan. Now, we have foil sprayed with cooking spray. We want to do the sprayed side down And now we have to get it in the oven without spilling the water. Yeah. Okay. This guy's really heavy says Scott. Thank you honey. You're welcome. Putting it in the oven. It's preheated on three seventy-five. And this guy's going to bake for an hour and a half. Or till a toothpick comes out clean. Okay it's been an hour and a half. It smells good. It does. This is so interesting to me. Okay. We got that part done. Let's Yeah, I mean, it looks great. It smells great. Nice and chocolate. Now, we have to take this out, right? Yep. Y'all that's it. Wow. Okay. Now we want to let it cool completely in the pan. And then to the refrigerator for two hours. Then we'll be back to top it off. Okay, we've loosened the edges. Now, it's time to see what happens when we try flipping this. Uh-oh. Yeah, I'm I'm definitely nervous about it. Okay. Let's see. Alright. Let's see if it comes out. It's not coming. Oh it is. Whoa. Oh my gosh. Oh my goodness. That looks amazing. Oh my goodness. This is going to be amazing. Wow. Okay. I mean as soon as you flip that thing all that chocolate started dripping down. Yes. Yes and I'm a very happy girl right now. I cannot wait to dig in the I am tasting this one. I yeah I didn't have the heart to even think about tasting this one. Alright. Cut you a piece and see what you think. Okay. I'm so excited. I'm shaking. Wow. I mean that really looks good huh? It does. Hm. If it tastes half as good as it looks I think we're we're all set. I know. And we've had this in the fridge the whole time. This is going to be so good. Come on. Ooh. Oh yeah. I see layers. Uh huh. Looks good. Mhm. Alright. We're going to try a little bit of Cool Whip on top. Okay. Um that's what it said. So we're going to try it. Yeah. This is going to be good. Okay. The moment of truth. Yes. It can't be a bad thing.
