My new classroom-evolution of our math wall part 2. One student made many shapes while playing with play dough. I took photos, and later had her print the labels for each one so that we could add them to our wall.

Our inquiry board "parking lot". Located beside our research station (computer and science area), this is a small spot to put stickies and notes/drawing by both the kids and us about ideas we wish to investigate. There is another larger board to document ongoing and completed inquiries. This small one is meant as a place to keep track of questions we want to follow up on, etc, but perhaps not right this second.

Each child was asked to bring small items that begin with their assigned letter of the alphabet to create a reference wall in our Alphabet Project.
