California: Springhill Suites Paso Robles Atascadero
Good experience. No battery in the chair lift when I checked, but staff immediately put the battery in when asked, and we used the lift and swam a few minutes later, with no intrusive “help.” Pool area is pretty. A little highway noise but not bad.

California, LA Area: Crowne Plaza Commerce Casino
Sept 2019 visit. Neither the pool nor hot tub chairs were working. I reported it to the front desk. Later, I returned to find the pool chair moved (though I’m not sure it was fully powered) but hot tub chair still didn’t. Roll in shower was okay. I wouldn’t generally recommend the hotel for stays of more than a night or two except to poker fiends, as there isn’t much else to do in the area.

Roll-in shower. Seat a little iffy: narrow and tilts down. The lip in the doorway leading to the shower could be a problem for a wheelchair. It’s not very high but the height change is abrupt.

July 2019 stay. Nice little pool, but no accessible means of entry in sight. The deck has great views, is accessible by elevator, and expands a great deal outside the confines of the frame into the bar, Mr. Purple.

Half a flight of stairs up or down to get to your room, have to use little wheelchair-elevator if you can’t do stairs.
