I find joy in supporting people in various stages of life; in particular, those who have decided to heal longstanding wounds from childhood trauma and want to process their past and find peace. I also love supporting women in their post partum period, who are experiencing anxiety and/or depression. I have a particular passion for working with adolescents and young adults with mental health issues, who are exploring and developing their identity.
I offer Trauma based therapy to adolescents and adults, aged 12 to end of life. It is my honor to create a therapeutic environment where people feel safe, heard and able to share without fear of judgment. I provide psychoeducation and therapy to those looking to start or continue their healing.
