You might know why you are struggling, (because of an incident/s) or you might be unsure and confused but feeling frustrated with yourself, stuck, zoned out or stressed. I am here to help you become unstuck regardless of the reason. I have expertise in working with Imposter Syndrome, anxiety, PTSD, C-PTSD and trauma by using CBT and EMDR as well as other therapeutic modalities. I work in a compassionate, non-judgmental way that is clear, collaborative and evidence-based. Clients often refer to me as 'normal and friendly' because I believe in creating a safe, grounding space to enable therapeutic change to take place.

I use EMDR as my main approach, with CBT or ACT to complement the work. I understand that one therapy format does not suit everybody so I offer various formats of therapy. 1) Weekly sessions; 2) EMDR intensive sessions; 3) A 6-month Imposter Syndrome package; 4) Online monthly mental wellbeing workshops. I am aware that emotional pain can lead to anxiety, rumination and low mood. A lot of people I see cope with this emotional weight through activities which bring short-term relief but lead to long-term feelings of shame and emptiness. I am here to support you through this.
