Why can't I figure out how to feel better? When will this end?". Life is meant to be challenging, and there is also meant to be joy and bliss. Who says we cant have both?
Modern society promotes the ideas of self-sacrifice, and selflessness. While these are critical parts of any relationship, the "giver" themselves is often overlooked and suffering.
