As a systems and attachment trained clinician, our work together may involve exploring your patterns in relationships, responses to trauma, what you value, social challenges you experience, and/or your strengths and resources. I incorporate Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems Therapy and Mindfulness into therapy sessions. I will strive at providing you warmth, acceptance, support, and respect while together, we discover ways to help you live a more peaceful, authentic, and fulfilled life.
