I specialize in helping people navigate challenges such as: trauma, life-transitions, suicide grief and loss, depression, anxiety, boundaries, people-pleasing, & perfectionism. Working together, my goal is to help you feel validated, understood, & empowered that you can get through whatever it is you're facing and remind you that you aren't in it alone.
