I have 7 years of experience as a social worker, and 3 years of experience as a mental health therapist. My primary passion is women's mental health, specifically perinatal mental health, which I am currently taking courses to become certified in. I work with people who have experienced infertility, pregnancy and infant loss, and post-partum mood disorders. Becoming and being a mom can be hard, but you do not have to do it alone.
I use a mixture of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, psychoeducation, and traditional talk therapy. I work with clients from middle school age to the elderly.
Everyone's journey to motherhood is different, and often times unexpected things pop up that can be challenging and even heartbreaking. I'm here to support you throughout your journey to and through motherhood.
