Hello! I am happy you are here. I offer support to individuals, couples, and families. Life can be hard, and therapy can provide a safe space to explore those hardships and gain the tools to navigate challenges head-on. I strive to work with individuals to recognize their current strengths and support them in developing adaptive tools that can be used across settings and support them in achieving their personal goals. I work directly from a person-centered and empowerment approach and serve in a supportive role to help individuals, couples, or families meet their goals.
My area of work includes anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, relationship issues, self-care, domestic violence, communication issues, parenting support, low self-esteem, trauma work, and more. I pull from a variety of therapeutic models including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
I am LGBTQIA-affirming and incorporate an awareness of oppression and social justice into my work. Populations I have collaborated with include children (6-18), adults with and without children, and families.
