I approach my work with a person-centered perspective that places you at the center. I draw upon skills and concepts from ACT, DBT and TF-CBT. My practice involves assisting clients who grapple with various challenges, including depression, anxiety, identity development, domestic abuse, sexual assault, graduate school hurdles and life transitions.

Together, we can explore new perspectives and redefine aspects of your life that will offer you strength and empowerment.
