    Splatoon 3

    The long awaited third entry in the series, Splatoon 3 continues to add onto the Splatoon experience and is more than just a simple upgrade to the sequel. The game also continued to add to the overarching lore to the world and critics and players both agreed that the original content featured in the game are some of the best additions to the series.

    Splatoon

    The very first entry and the game that started it all, Splatoon made waves as one of the best games on the Wii U and gamers all around got a refreshing new take on the third person shooter genre. Despite some criticism towards missing multiplayer features, and locked content behind amiibos, Splatoon showcased what kind of game it aspires to be and players immediately picked up on it and all of the post release updates and events proved not only successful, but extremely fun.

    Splatoon 2

    The second entry to the series and a direct sequel to Splatoon, Splatoon 2 retained all of the features that made the original Splatoon great and added new features to keep the fresh and exciting. One of the most notably additions was the new narrative driven single player mode which added more depth and lore to the Splatoon world, and a DLC expansion that was a unique rush of satisfying gameplay. With everything that the sequel delivers, Splatoon 2 stands out as one of the few games that has a good sequel.
