Always displaying fairness, justice, and extreme amounts of organization, Miss Sara Bellum provides the perfect balance to the Mayor of Townsville's antics.

Obsessive, manipulative and filled to the brim with secrets, Scorpios and Him are kindred spirits. Him is a chaotic villain that only exists to disrupt the Powerpuff Girls and their very existence.
In order to reign in terror over Townsville, Him prefers to psychologically manipulate innocent souls - and while Scorpios aren't inherently evil, they certainly have the power to be if they so please.

Basically the mad scientists of the zodiac, Aquarians are always tinkering away at some sort of extravagant plan. As the number-one archnemesis of the Powerpuff Girls, Mojo Jojo uses his giant monkey brain to build an array of gizmos and gadgets used to thwart the girls' heroics.
As if straight from a sci-fi series, Mojo Jojo uses his high intellect to carry out nefarious plots, including smashing the world with giant robots and traveling through time to destroy Professor Utonium. If an Aquarius has their mind set on something, they will stop at nothing to carry out their wild plans.

Pisces (February 19 - March 20): Bubbles
With their heads always lost somewhere in a daydream, Pisceans cruise through life with an air of wonder and magic. Often considered delusional, Pisceans see no line between reality and fantasy. They are, however, sneakily in tune with the emotions of those close to them.
Bubbles has the brightest and most active imagination out of all of the Powerpuff Girls. In her world, life is always a color-filled party, and she has no problem drawing and acting out her fantasies for all to see; however, she is also loyal and dedicated to making sure her sisters are okay at all costs.
