The Midnight Club

The Midnight Club is an American horror mystery-thriller streaming television series created by Mike Flanagan and Leah Fong. Set in a hospice, the show revolves around eight terminally ill young adults forming "the Midnight Club," meeting each night to share scary tales. While primarily based on Christopher Pike's 1994 novel, the series also adapts short stories from 27 other Pike books. The cast includes Iman Benson, Igby Rigney, Ruth Codd, Aya Furukawa, and others, with Heather Langenkamp and Zach Gilford portraying older adults at the hospice. Premiered on Netflix in October 2022, the series explores the characters' pact that the first to pass away communicates from beyond, intertwining an overarching narrative with the tales they share.
