How a Career in Economics Can Turn Your Passion Into Impact

During the Richmond Fed’s 2024 Diverse Economics Conference (DivEc), we will explore how a career in economics can transform your passion into meaningful impact. Whether you’re drawn to environmental sustainability, technological advancement, advocating for issues related to race and gender, or exploring the endless array of other possibilities, this conference will empower you with the knowledge, skills and connections to forge your unique path towards meaningful change.

Through an engaging keynote speech, interactive panel discussion and immersive poster session, attendees will have the opportunity to hear from experts in the field on how they’ve leveraged their passions into fulfilling careers.

Keynote Speaker: William M. Rodgers III, Institute for Economic Equity at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis
