When his young children are abducted by his old nemesis, Capt. Hook (Dustin Hoffman), middle-aged lawyer Peter Banning (Robin Williams) returns to his magical origins as Peter Pan. Peter must revisit a foggy past in which he abandoned Neverland for family life, leaving Tinkerbell (Julia Roberts) and the Lost Boys to fend for themselves. Honestly, the critics score on this movie vs the audience score tells you everything you need to know about critics. This is a great film, a wonderful adaptation of Peter Pan for a modern audience (even 30 years later). Julia Roberts as Tinkerbell made many a young boy very happy for reasons they weren't exactly clear about at the time...

Hook is a beautiful and fantastic film that I loved as a kid and still love now as a 30 year old man. Steven brings a sense of love and care to the character's and Robin Williams is bringing so much to the character Peter Pan. I will love this film forever and ever.
