It's easy to succeed! Boil 10 times the water over high heat, add 1 cup of sago and cook for about ten minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer!

It's a big bag. I cooked it right after I bought it. The taste is okay.
Used it when I made taho. Came out sticky no matter how many times I rinsed/drained them in cold water But still good and texture was fine.
