Inspired by the iconic female alter ego of Marcel Duchamp, Rrose Sélavy, our Manhattan flagship captures Vincent’s artistic fascination. For Sel Rrose Montauk, Vincent took inspiration from Duchamp’s unexpected friendship with Salvador Dalí. During their summers on Spain’s southern coast, in a fishing village reminiscent of Montauk, these two contrasting personalities formed a deep bond over beach outings, dinner parties, social gatherings, and fine wine.
Our new menu reflects this spirit of collaboration and creativity, working closely with local farmers, fishermen, and ranchers to ensure we serve the finest and freshest ingredients.
