Hung up after I answered

This is a debt collector for Apria. I have an outstanding bill for a Cpap machine because of a problem with either the Dr. or Apria I'm not sure which. All I can say is they told me I was not at fault and they would get it straightened out. However, I am still getting calls and now they call and hang up. It is very maddening.

Frequently calls and hangs up. Sometimes they call as frequently as every two hours. Not unusual to receive 2 or 3 calls per day. Just read other people's complaints and they said this number is connected to Apria. I had an out standing bill I believe it was last March or April. They had not billed my insurance properly. I thought that problem had been resolved. So if it's Apria, why are they still calling and not saying anything when I pick up?

This number is used by a subcontractor from Apria that is outsourced (out of the country) and is part of Apria's debt collection process. I've had 6 months of problems with Apria's not correctly billing my medicare and my supplemental insurance. Apria is wasting a lot of resources for problems due to their own billing errors and incompetency.

I make my paymnt every month & they still phone two--yes two--times a day

I have Filed Bankruptcy and this Apria debt collector is still calling me. Isn't that against the law for harassment ???

they called me on my cell phone claiming I still have an outstanding bill of over $200.00. I paid up this account in January2013. And the guy is of India accent. Does not speak good English. Called my bank immediately & warned
