I received an email with a job offer from a person named Erin Lloyd who provided the above phone number Can you tell me if this is a valid phone number or a scam?

Phone rang three times, I answered, no one there. On two other caller complaint forums: ONE said this is a "spoofed number" and the other said This number doesn't exist!! PLEASE DO NOT ANSWER~~

got a text at 1230 am on January 6th and woke me up. My phone doesn't stop making noise until I clear missed calls or texts. When I do reverse look up, it says number invalid. When I call it I get a message saying something to the effect of we will note you called. What crazy ass company does this crap this late at night and why is it even allowed?????
