Keeps calling but will not leave a message

I get calls from this number at least 4 times PER DAY!! They don't leave a message, and when I answer, they hang up. How can I block this number on my landline?

Calls claim to be from "ADA" and want to talk about diabetes. Asked to be removed, said he would remove me if I let them know if anyone in my house had diabetes. Caller tries to speak to my in Spanish. Multiple calls per day.

Call made 7:59p Est to my home phone asking if another person in my home, with name was a diabetic patient. Told to be taken off list but caller persisted with same type questions. Told last time to be taken off list then hung up. Caller slight African accent.

Company has called over 20 times despite my telephone no. being on the no call list and the company being told we are not interested. Now the company calls, when we answer, the company hangs up without saying anything.

Annoying make it stop

Keep calling, no one ever says anything. This not only creepy it it harassment.

Call numerous times but leave no message. Googled phone number and say American Diabetes Assoc.
