Scan, snap, submit!

If your client receives Form DTF-32, DTF-33, TD-210.2, TD-210.3, or TD-210.7, they have an uncashed check from us. 

For the fastest processing of a new check, they should complete the form we mailed, then: 

  1. Scan the QR code on the letter.
  2. Snap a photo of the completed form.
  3. Submit the photo.

Important Information

Additional Empire State child credit payments

If, for tax year 2023, your client received at least $100 for the Empire State child credit and filed their New York State income tax return (Form IT-201) on time, they may be eligible for a check.

Does your client have dependents? 

If your client has dependents in summer camp or daycare, they should keep documentation, so they have proof when claiming the child and dependent care credit next year.
