Hosts can deliver Hammer blow
Both these teams have struggled to start Premier League seasons brightly in recent years, but home advantage could help the Hammers break their winless first-day run on Saturday.

Fullkrug could endear himself to Irons faithful
Given West Ham’s history with strikers – more than £300m has been spent on more than 50 since January 2010 – there may be a lot of pressure on Fullkrug to hit the ground running at the London Stadium.
However, after scoring twice for his country at the European Championships and leading the line for Borussia Dortmund in last season’s Champions League final, the 31-year-old will be confident he can adapt to the Premier League with ease on Saturday.
Fullkrug, who netted 12 goals and laid on eight assists in the Bundesliga last season, provides a physical presence in the box to aim for. With the quality of service that can be provided by the likes of Lucas Paqueta and James Ward-Prowse, the German is likely to get his chance to grab a goal on his debut.
