Who are the Tren twins Christian and Michael Gaiera?
Christian and Michael Gaiera were born on April 2, 2001, and grew up in Clinton Township, Michigan.
The brothers of mixed heritage pursued their undergraduate studies at Madonna University.
Christian studied medicine, while Michael took lessons in data analytics.
The twins played college football, and developed a shared love for bodybuilding at the age of 13.

The Tren twins were adopted and exclusively shared their childhood experience on The Lions Den Podcast:
The twins started out in the foster care system for a few years before being adopted.
They revealed that they had never met their biological father but that their mother had problems with alcohol.
The pair said: "We wouldn't be here right now if we weren't adopted by the greatest people ever.

"They gave me the best brothers and the best life they could have."
They added about their biological mom: "Our mom was an alcoholic.
"Thank God she's better now and we actually have a good relationship with her."

Are the Tren twins identical?
Despite most fans being able to tell the brothers apart, Christian and Michael are identical twins.
The duo named themselves The Tren Twins after rumors circulated that they boosted their muscular bodies using a steroid called Trenbolone, or otherwise known as Tren.
In a YouTube video entitled Don't Take Anabolic Steroids, they called taking the drugs "a science experience".
They added that "99.9 percent of people should not take steroids".
How do the Tren twins make money?
The influencers share a big online fan base boasting 1.9million followers on their TikTok account alone.
They also have 1.32million subscribers on their YouTube channel and 1.7million followers on Instagram.
The Tren Twins make money using their social media platforms to market their fitness content and by endorsing multiple brands.
Sales from Tren Tech-branded fitness apparel also go to the twins.
They also have their own supplements brand.

The Tren Twins have an estimated net worth of $2million.
In July 2024, the duo shared their wins in different categories at the Southern States Championships in Florida.
Along with a picture of them posing with their trophies, they posted: "Mike won his Open class and Chris got 2nd his open class, in addition to winning the overall in novice/true novice.
"It’s time to bulk and get big."
They concluded: "This process was extremely fun at the end of the day just gotta love it regardless of outcome.
"Brought home some novice trophies and just looking to improve now."
Christian placed first in the Men's Classic Physique - True Novice, and fourth in the Men's Classic Physique - Novice.
He also gained second spot in the Men's Classic Physique - Open Class A.
