According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Derrick sued the rapper for $100 million, but Diddy did not file an answer to the complaint.

A hearing for a default judgment was set for Monday, but the rapper opted not to show up.

Due to his absence, the judge gave Derrick the $100 million he requested, which was set up with monthly $10 million installments.

The payment plan will begin starting October 1.

A statement obtained by The U.S. Sun from Marc Agnifilo, Diddy's attorney, claimed the rapper has never interacted with Derrick.

“This man is a convicted felon and sexual predator, who has been sentenced on 14 counts of sexual assault and kidnapping over the last 26 years," the attorney stated.

"His resume now includes committing a fraud on the court from prison, as Mr. Combs has never heard of him let alone been served with any lawsuit.

"Mr. Combs looks forward to having this judgment swiftly dismissed.”

DERRICK'S CLAIMS

Derrick claimed the alleged incident occurred 27 years ago at a party in Detroit, Michigan.

According to the lawsuit, the two were smoking weed and drinking alcohol when they decided to get naked with a group of women.

Derrick said he was performing oral sex on one of the women when he felt a male hand on his backside, claiming it was Diddy's.

He claimed Diddy then offered him a spiked drink, leading him to pass out.

Derrick said that he woke up, Diddy was allegedly having sex with a woman when he turned to him and said, "I did this to you too."

NEW DAY, NEW LAWSUIT

Diddy has been faced with multiple lawsuits over the past year.

Recent lawsuits against Sean 'Diddy' Combs

Diddy was hit with a wave of lawsuits in late 2023 and 2024 with allegations of sex trafficking and sexual assault. He has denied all claims against him.

  • November 17, 2023: Cassie, Diddy's longtime girlfriend, sued him, claiming she endured “a cycle of abuse, violence, and sex trafficking” until their relationship ended in 2018. Diddy and Cassie settled the suit the day after it was filed.
  • Diddy was hit with two more lawsuits a week after he settled with Cassie.
  • November 23, 2023: Joi Dickerson accused Diddy of drugging and raping her and filming the attack when she was a 19-year-old college student in January 1991.
  • November 24, 2023: A second unidentified accuser in a separate lawsuit claimed that Diddy and another man sexually assaulted her and a friend in 1990 or 1991, then showed up at her apartment and beat her several days later.
  • December 6, 2023: Diddy was sued again by an unidentified woman who claimed he and two men gang-raped her in 2003 when she was 17 years old.
  • February 26, 2024: Rodney 'Lil Rod' Jones, who helped produce Diddy's most recent album, claimed that the mogul sexually harassed, drugged, and threatened him from September 2022 to November 2023 as they worked together.
  • May 21, 2024: Model Crystal McKinney accused Combs of sexually assaulting her after meeting at a Men's Fashion Week event in New York City in 2003. McKinney claims she was drinking alcohol and smoking weed with Combs and several of his colleagues when she took a hit off a joint that she claims was laced with another drug. McKinney claims she felt woozy, and Combs ordered her to the bathroom, where he allegedly forced her to perform oral sex on him.
  • May 23, 2024: April Lampros, 51, claimed in her lawsuit that she met Sean Combs in New York City in 1994 while attending the Fashion Institute of Technology. Combs is accused of drugging and raping Lampros in a hotel after promising to help mentor her in the fashion industry.
  • July 3, 2024: Adria English, an ex-porn star who went by Omunique, accused Diddy of grooming her into sex trafficking in the early 2000s, according to TMZ.

The latest comes after the Last Night rapper was accused of grooming and sex trafficking by former porn star Adria English just two months ago.

Adria claimed the music mogul threatened to blacklist her if she didn't have sex with guests at his lavish parties.

She claimed her interactions with Diddy became sexual immediately after they met in 2004, according to the lawsuit obtained by The U.S. Sun.

Adria, who performed under the name Omunique, said she met the rapper during her modeling audition for his fashion company, Sean John.

Adria claimed she worked at some of Diddy's parties, where she was forced to drink alcoholic beverages laced with narcotics such as ecstasy.

She also claimed she was told to flirt with guests and believed she was "groomed" into sex trafficking.

The former porn star said the rapper allegedly forced her to have sex with jewelry designer Jacob Arabov, known as Jacob the Jeweler.

The lawsuit, filed by attorneys Ariel Mitchell-Kidd and Steven Metcalf, claimed Adria was paid an extra $1,000 in addition to what she was normally paid for working the rapper's parties.

'HE WILL PREVAIL'

After the lawsuit was filed, The U.S. Sun obtained a statement from Combs' attorney, Jonathan Davis, refuting the claims made.

"No matter how many lawsuits are filed it won't change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone," he told The U.S. Sun.

"We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason and without any proof.

"Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail against these and other baseless claims in court."

READY TO RAID

Despite facing multiple lawsuits recently, Diddy made headlines in March when two of his properties were blitzed.

Diddy's Los Angeles and Miami mansions were raided after he faced sex trafficking allegations from his former partner Casandra Ventura, known as Cassie.

In her lawsuit, the singer accused her ex of placing her in “a cycle of abuse, violence, and sex trafficking."

She also claimed Diddy forced her to "live a lifestyle of excessive alcohol and substance abuse."

Veteran New York detective Derrick Parker recently told The U.S. Sun that the rapper's recent lawsuits have reached the "most serious level."

He also explained why Diddy's home invasions were so intense.

"The reason it was Homeland Security who carried out the raids was that the allegations against Diddy included sex trafficking across the US, across state lines, and overseas," he explained.

"That elevates the crimes to the most serious level. There was also a fear that guns were in the properties.

"We're not just talking a Glock or two. I mean serious firearms, assault rifles, and so on. Also drugs," Derrick continued.
