How can I stream Dune: Part Two?
Dune: Part Two was released on March 1, 2024, in theaters across the United States.
The film was originally slated to release in November 2023, however, due to the SAG-AFTRA strikes, the movie was pushed back.
The Dune sequel is still playing in theaters and will be available for streaming for a fee on various platforms on April 16, 2024.

Filming for the sequel began in July 2022 and concluded in December of that year, taking place in Budapest, Jordan, Abu Dhabi, and Italy.
The movie runs for a total of 165 minutes as opposed to the first film, which ran for 155 minutes.
Since its release, the film has already garnered $81.5 million at the US box office during its opening weekend.

Who is in the Dune: Part Two cast?
Dune fans were happy to see the return of beloved characters, including Timothée Chalamet and Zendaya.
However, the sequel garnered a new star-studded cast, including:

- Javier Bardem
- Josh Brolin
- Dave Bautista
- Christopher Walken
- Léa Seydoux
Fans were shocked at the lack of screen time she got in the first film, with the model and actress only in the movie for a total of six minutes and 14 seconds.
"For Zendaya, I will say Part One was a promise. I know that we saw a glimpse of her in Part One, but in Part Two, she’ll have a prominent part,” Villeneuve told Variety in March 2022.
He added, “We will follow Timothée and Zendaya on their adventures in the desert. That’s the thing that excited me most about going back to Arrakis is to spend time with those characters again.”
What is Dune based on?
Dune is based on the 1965 novel of the same name by author Frank Herbert.
In the first movie, the first part of the book was portrayed.
The second sequel picks up on the second half of Frank Herbert’s original novel.

Speaking to Empire in their print magazine, director Denis Villeneuve said the film is focused on being a "war movie" but will also concentrate on the romance between Timothée Chalamet, and Zendaya's characters.
"At the very core is a love story between Paul and Chani," Villeneuve said.

"How Paul will gain her trust, how she will open her heart to him, and how they will find a way to free Chani's world from the Harkonnen grip. It's a much more emotional movie."
There is another film adaptation of Dune done by renowned director David Lynch. This 1984 covers the entire novel in one go and stars actors like Kyle MacLachlan, Patrick Stewart, and Sting.
