According to TMZ, the L.A. County Sheriff's deputies are currently investigating and there was no sign of a forced entry.

Lily, who is the daughter of singer Phil Collins, is best known for staring in the hit Netflix show Emily In Paris.

She tied the knot to filmmaker Charlie McDowell two years ago, a year after getting engaged in Mexico.

At the time she said her ring, which is thought to be worth over £65k,  was “exactly what she wanted.”

Speaking on Live with Kelly and Ryan, Lily revealed: “It’s a rose-cut diamond. Charlie designed it with Irene [Irene Neuwirth Jewellery].”

Lily recently opened up about her desire to start a family, saying: “Of course, I'd love to have a family. So there's the personal, the work, there's the blending of the two…

“It's always a juggle, but I want it to be – I want to be able to do all the things I enjoy. The key thing is finding out what makes sense for us.”

Lily plays Emily Cooper in Emily In Paris, which is now in it’s fourth series.

The show follows the American marketing executive as she lands her dream job in the French capital.

Despite the show becoming one of Netflix’s biggest hits, Emily in Paris was widely scrutinised by critics who accused the series of representing “the worst American white girls abroad”.

It was also slammed by the French media for perpetuating negative stereotypes of Parisians and French people in general.

Darren Star, the show’s creator - formerly of Sex and the City - previously defended the first series, saying he was “not sorry for looking at Paris through a glamorous lens”.
