Molly has always been candid with her social media following about her post-natal experience and this week was no different.

After uploading a YouTube video of her trip to Barbados to celebrate manager Fran's birthday, where she talked about her body hang-ups, the Filter tan brand founder elaborated on Instagram.

In a fan Q&A, one asked: "How's your body confidence journey going?"

Molly replied: "As my YouTube family will know I've spoken very openly about this topic!

"It's most certainly a journey ... one I'm not finding particularly easy but I always knew the second I fell pregnant accepting my post baby body wouldn't happen over night.

"I'll get there. I'm hoping I'll fall back in love with a healthy, balanced lifestyle again soon.

"It's not happened quite yet but I know I need to be patient with myself."

She added: "Post partum mummas also struggling with this ... be kind to yourself."

Previously, Molly told how her new curves meant she looked like she had a Brazilian Butt Lift.

Earlier this year, PrettyLittleThing's Creative Director told fans that she was "nervous" to be heading to her first PLT fitting since giving birth.

"I'm off to my first PLT fitting since I had Bambi - fitting were something that I found a little bit nerve-wracking before I had a baby, so having my fitting with my new body is going to be an experience," she said.

"I'm a little bit nervous to be honest, my body has changed hugely since having Bambi - when I look in the mirror, not in a bad way, I don't hate my new body at all.

"My hips, sometimes it kind of looks like I've had a BBL, not necessarily in a good way, my hips are so much wider - which is absolutely fine, I'm learning to love it and accept it."

This weekend, the busy mum revealed she hadn't left the house for four days.

She also opened up on her plans to expand her brood, explaining little Bambi would not be having a sibling "for a good while."

Molly added on Instagram: "Some day I'll be ready ... but it's not unknown I've found it harder than I expected to even though I'm doing so much better now."
