POP star Pink was left speechless yesterday after a fan allegedly threw their mother's ashes on stage during the singer's British Summer Time gig.

The US star's performance of Just Like A Pill came to a temporary halt as the overzealous fan launched a sealed bag up onto Hyde Park's Great Oak stage.

Attempting to clarify what the package contained, baffled Pink, 43, asked: "Wait, this is your mom?

"I don't know how I feel about this."

She then placed the small bag beside a speaker and continued with her track.

Other fans felt the same way, with one writing on Twitter: "Someone gave their mother's ashes to Pink. I need y'all to have boundaries like girl, what?!"

Another said: "Someone threw their mom's ashes on stage at Pinks show…ppl really getting out of hand."

It wasn't the only item that found its way onto the stage across Pink's two incredible shows in the capital at the weekend.

On Saturday, a fan threw a large wheel of cheese onto the stage, prompting Pink to muse if it tasted as funky as it smelled.

A personalised denim jacket also found its way to her, which she was happy to put on and perform in.

The hitmaker gratefully received a box of Maltesers too, joking that she now had enough to fill an entire bath tub.

It was a weekend to remember for more 120,000 fans that attended the shows.

Gwen Stefani played chief support on both days, performing hit after hit from her back catalogue including No Doubt classics Don't Speak and Just A Girl.

It was the perfect build up to Pink's performances, which saw her bungee down from behind a pair of huge lips to get the party started.

The 24-song set was full of sing-along moments, emotional ballads and acrobatics that would give Cirque du Soleil a run for their money.

And there was even a touching duet with her daughter Willow, 12, of their track Cover Me In Sunshine.
